I like to keep conversations practical and solution-based while honoring the priorities of each client, each session. I have professional experience working in K-12 schools, Intensive Outpatient Treatment Centers, Hosptials, and Group Homes--as well as about 5 years now inprivate practice. I have experience working with youth, couples, families, groups, and adults of all ages. I mainly work with individuals who are or who suspect they may have a disorder related to neurodivergence (ADHD, Austim Specturm, etc.) For those interested, I like to include explanations not only about how to heal and achieve your mental health goals, but also why I am recommending specific interventions such as how it is evidence/research based and why it works.
