Daniel Ross
MSW, LSWAIC
I work best with individuals who feel stuck in patterns of shame, self-doubt, or disconnection. Many of my clients come to therapy navigating identity, relationships, or the lasting impact of past experiences. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients gently explore these experiences with curiosity, build self-understanding, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves so they can move toward a more grounded and authentic way of living. IFS is a compassionate approach that views the mind as made up of different "parts", each with its own feelings, roles, and intentions. Together, we help these parts soften their burdens (often shaped by shame, trauma, or protective strategies) so you can access greater self-trust and emotional clarity. If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to relate to what’s happening inside, you don’t have to navigate it alone. IFS offers a gentle way of turning toward yourself with curiosity instead of judgment, allowing healing to unfold from within. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out when you feel ready.
