Jean Castle

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of White Castle Therapy, offering individual and couples therapy to clients who are ready to go deep into shadow, archetype, and the rich inner landscape that so many conventional approaches overlook. My therapeutic roots draw from Jungian and depth psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care, modalities that honor the whole self, including the spiritual and symbolic dimensions of experience. I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, where myth, soul, and psyche are taken seriously as pathways to healing. I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, identity, relationships, and life transitions. My practice is affirming and genuinely welcoming of LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as those whose spiritual paths fall outside the mainstream, including Pagan, animist, polytheist, and earth-based traditions. I'll never pathologize your practice, your deities, or your worldview. Your spirituality is a resource, not a red flag. I offer telehealth sessions and work with clients across multiple states.
