Stephanie Noble-King
LMFT
As a Venezuelan-American clinician with a cross-cultural perspective, I provide deeply relational, neuro-affirming, and somatic psychotherapy. My identity as a neurodivergent individual and a parent to ND children informs my belief that therapy should be a non-punitive, mask-free space where you can explore your most authentic self, and maybe have a little fun too! My approach is integrative and relational; I utilize somatic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and creative interventions to help you reconnect with your body and process complex emotions. As a pagan and shamanic journeywork practitioner, I believe in the power of ritual and spiritual experience in providing joy, inspiration and healing. I believe growth occurs when we explore all parts of ourselves, particularly those feeling stuck. In tending to your emotional and physical cues, I help you learn to recognize and respond to your own needs with greater gentleness and agency. Together, we may use talk therapy, body tracking, creative exercises, dreamwork or nature-inspired practices. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating invisible struggles including neurodivergence, trauma, and many illnesses, helping you move from exhaustion toward resilience and self-acceptance. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, establish compassionate boundaries, and build a life that feels authentic, sustainable, and joyful!
