I can help you work through your areas of concern, help you develop coping skills and tools to achieve your goals and dreams so you can become the best version of you. I graduated with a Master's degree in counseling from Oakland University in 2013. Since then, I have worked in a variety of environments with many different individuals including: a substance abuse rehab and prison, providing group and individual sessions at both facilities; community mental health, providing case management, therapy, and group sessions, and private practice. I use client-centered, strength based, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused approaches. I incorporate creativity, empathy, flexibility, and a safe, judgment free environment. I provide tools for growth, emotional support, feedback, and guidance to help each unique individual develop a richer, more joyful and meaningful life. I seek to provide an environment where you can be your authentic self. You are the expert on your own life, and I will help you become the person you want to be.
