You're looking for a therapist who really gets you. Someone who can dive deep into your problems without making you feel you have to compartmentalize or leave out important parts of your life. Someone who can be a safe sounding board whatever comes up. I want you to know it's ok to show up however you're feeling that day. It's ok to open up at your own pace. I will be right here beside you as you discover unique pathways towards resilience, fulfillment and fun. I center the needs of non-binary, and other LGBTQ individuals in my practice, as well as Pagans, and people in poly/consensual non-monogamous relationships. I use various approaches including Brainspotting, parts work, and mindfulness-based somatic therapy, that allow us to access the deep healing potential of brain, body and mind. I help people navigate: stress management and resilience; emotional impact of chronic illness; family of origin issues; and enhancing fulfillment in all sorts of relationships through increased self-knowledge, communication, and collaboration. I believe therapy is about self-discovery, radical acceptance and connection. Therapy is most effective when it is a dynamic, collaborative process, that incorporates our full selves. Too often our culture has brushed aside the wisdom of our bodies and spiritual selves. Therapy has often focused on reducing symptoms, but I believe therapy can also be expansive, allowing us to bring ourselves more fully into the world and realize our potential.
