Aleen Raybin, MSW, LMHC

I am a mental health therapist, spiritual mentor, and ultimately a human lover. As a teen, I loved reading new age spirituality - which I kept closeted for a long time. I’ve been supporting people through challenges for the last 15+ years using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), WA state CBT+ Initiative, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), am a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate, and a Certified Rape Crisis Counselor.

Spiritual Orientation:

In its simplest, connecting with the Earth as my greatest teacher and finding my place in life through that connection. I have studied an Earth Based tradition for over 15 years, and I currently have my own personal practice. I also have lots of experiences guiding both ceremonies and rituals. I love working with clients who have their own spiritual practice - whatever it may be - and I have worked with lots of different folks with different practices and different experiences.

Denita Benyshek, PhD, MA, MFA, LMHC

I work with teens and adults, specializing in trauma, chronic illness, and gifted, talented, creative individuals through the use of Eye movement desenitization and reprocessing (EMDR) I and II for PTSD and complex PTSD. LGBTQ/poly friendly.

Spiritual Orientation:

I am a seer and animist. Since childhood, I showed multiple sings of calling to shamanism including precognition. The symbols, themes, and healing processes of shamanism suffuse my artwork, whether in paintings, multimedia performance, poetry, theater, or dance. I was initiated into shamanism during a traditional naerim gut (or kut), performed by three Korean shamans, each one a powerful and skilled woman. I carry nurturing and wise Grandmother spirit, providing a grounded, caring “home” for your healing journey. I also manifest the Warrior General who protects and enforces boundaries against attack and abuse. We can work with a broad pantheon of guides, spirits, gods and goddesses, visions, dreams, nightmares, myths, and archetypes through the realms of related talk therapy, drum journeys, imaginal reality, divination, art, EMDR, and more.

Laura Thomas_edited_edited_edited.png

Laura Thomas, MA, LMHC, NCC

I am a nationally certified and licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington with a private practice located in downtown Seattle. During the pandemic, I offer online therapy. I have experience working with people facing a variety of issues including depression, life changes, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, as well as coping with chronic illness and pain. When working with clients, I bring a warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate approach.

Spiritual Orientation:

I collaborate with clients on their spiritual path toward deeper healing and higher consciousness living. I encourage clients to open up to guides showing up in our work together, and am deeply connected with ancient Egyptian Gods and Goddesses of high consciousness energy free of dogma or patriarchal religions. These ancient guides provide courage to go to the dark unhealed places that are often avoided and can be triggering. They also effortlessly metabolize away dark emotions without being re-traumatizing as events from the past come to the surface. In addition, these high conscious beings assist us in reconnecting to lost parts of ourselves in order to move into more fulfilling lives by connecting us to our authentic wholeness. Once we heal the stuck energy and dark emotions held within, we no longer live responding to triggers that keep us stuck and are freed up to move into higher states of consciousness, opening up to more joy, peace, love and even enlightenment to serve us more fully in our evolution. Guides I work with are the Goddesses Isis, Sekhmet, and Hathor, along with the hawk God Horus.

I am a sex therapist and mental health counselor specializing in helping people remove barriers to pleasure. I support people through changes in sexuality at every stage of life: adolescence and young adulthood, partnering and parenting, menopause and aging. Most of my clients live “outside the box” in one or more ways: LQBTQIA+, consensual non-monogamy, neurodivergence, and/or kink. My counseling approach is client-centered and trauma informed. I integrate systems theory, neuropsychology, somatic, mindfulness, attachment, self-compassion, therapeutic art, and experiential therapies. I work with individuals, couples and relational groups, and therapeutic groups.

Spiritual Orientation:

I have been a witch, priestess, and healer for over 30 years, in a variety of pagan belief systems. I have served as a priestess in the community, taught at all levels, conducted rites of passage, been a member of covens and groves, and explored growth as a solo practitioner. My personal beliefs tend toward connection with nature and self, especially ecosexuality & sacred sexuality, however, I am always interested in the unique ways other people connect with the divine.

Angela Payne, LMHCA

I believe therapy works. Life can absolutely can get so much better. It can be hard to know how to ‘human’ when faced with the realities of our existence, but you don’t have to search for the answers alone. You are not alone- many people are struggling to find something that will restore a sense of self, of belonging, purpose, and connection. I am here to support you in finding those missing pieces of your life and self. When you work with me, we will combine your knowledge of yourself and my knowledge of healing to create a path to the life and relationships you have been searching for.  I have experience working with: Young Adults, Adults, Elders, Women, Men, Non-Binary, People in Recovery, LGBTQIA++, BIPOC, Latinx, Expats/Digital Nomads, Creatives and Entrepreneurs, Witchy Folk/Pagan/Heathens and other major world religions.

Spiritual Orientation:

I have connected with several different European Pagan and Heathen traditions as I have grown, traveled, and experienced sacred places and talked to practitioners who have shared their spirituality with me. Welsh and Celtic traditions come to me from my ancestors and were my gateway into Paganism, and I have found connection with Norse and Slavic practices through experience and study. I am open to all roads to That Which is Greater. I believe humanity is One Family and reject any racist or ethnic-supremacist use of the Old Ways.

Jessica Sokol.jpg

Jessica Sokol, MA, LMHC

I have been a mental health counselor since 2019. I work with individual adults primarily via Telehealth. I have additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am welcoming of all sexual orientations, relationship styles, and body shapes and colors. I am currently advocating for the legalization of plant medicines here in Washington State. I came to counseling with a background that affords me the ability to sit with hard lessons, traumatic events, and deep loss. I do not believe in unforgivable acts, for where there is life, there is hope.

Spiritual Orientation:
I found my way out of Christianity and into paganism beginning in the late 1980s through books. Through the 1990s, I learned shamanic practices over seven years supporting a Lakota medicine person and later in 2011 through The Foundation for Shamanic Studies. I minored in comparative religious studies for my bachelor’s degree, which provides a lot of context for my experience of religion. I work with tarot, dreams, ancestors, genius loci, spirits, and deity. I have created and performed ceremonies. Though I currently walk a warrior’s path in a challenging balance with that of healer, I am growing to think of myself as an eternal seeker and aspiring mystic.

Kate Sherman.jpg

Kate Sherman, LMHC

I am a licensed mental health therapist serving adults in the LGBTQIA+, kinky, sex positive, and polyamorous communities. As a member of several of those communities myself, it has always been a priority to me to give back. Most of the work I do is around depression, anxiety, self esteem, identity, and trauma. I utilize mainly mindfulness, mindful self-compassion, internalized oppression, DBT, and a good deal of humor in my work with clients. I also own a clinic, Heartfelt Mental Health, expanding my services with a variety of clinicians providing therapy and medication management.

Spiritual Orientation:

My journey as a witch is a relatively new development in my life. While I was curious about many pagan things in my teenage years, and have always felt a strong connection to nature, I didn’t find my way to this path until early 2020. My practice thus far has been eclectic,
focused mainly on connecting with stones, working with tarot cards, and celebrating the sabbats. While I am a definite newcomer to this work, I find it is nourishing me in ways I’ve been missing for most of my life, and I am grateful to have found this road to explore.

Anthony Shipman.heic

Anthony Shipman, MA, LMHC

My name is Anthony, and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington. I have been working in mental health for the last 9 years with experience in career counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and as a mental health therapist. My approach utilizes Narrative and Acceptance and Commitment therapy supplemented with Mindful Self Compassion, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I started my private practice to support individuals living authentically, and to help adults build an apothecary of tools to manage anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms.

Spiritual Orientation:

I have been practicing eclectic Earth based witchcraft for the last 15 years of my life. My love of magic started with many fictional worlds both television and books but once that door was open, life made more sense to me. And has since led to exploration in druidism, faery craft, and modern traditional Celtic folk magic. Since becoming a therapist, I have learned many ways that witchcraft and therapy overlap. I have been exploring my own pagan roots and strongly value the exploration and use of culturally appropriate practices.

Tara Bell.png

Terra Leigh Bell, LMHC, MHP

I work with individual adults, and I specialize in working with other healing professionals such as nurses, physicians,
veterinarians, and other psychotherapists. I work with compassion fatigue, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress. I frequently treat depression and anxiety, and I have a strong background in trauma. I’ve worked in perinatal mental health, eating disorder treatment, and addictions, and I enjoy supporting folks struggling in any of those areas.

Spiritual Orientation:

In the past several years, I’ve been exploring the spiritual traditions
of my ancestors, particularly the Druidic path. I’ve been studying a number of different paths in the Witchcraft, Heathenry, and Druidry traditions, and I currently would describe myself as a
seeker. I come from a Protestant Christian background, and I’m still discerning how Paganism and Christianity might or might not come together for me.
